Hi, my name is Emma, and I’m a fully trained Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer with experience of working in the fitness industry in Barnstaple and London. I moved to Devon a couple of years ago and decided to set up North Devon Personal Training with the aim of helping people in the area to meet their health and fitness goals.
Getting fit is something that can be difficult to fit into a busy lifestyle so I will work with you to make it happen. Educating yourself about your body is one of the most important things you can do, so I’m here to help you to do that through both exercise and nutrition. This is not a 28 day fix, this is a lifestyle based approach.  I will work with you to help you get fitter, put you on a path to maintain your fitness and motivate you to make lasting changes.
Helping people reach their health and fitness goals is my passion and speciality. I offer training and nutrition advice to both individuals and small groups, and all personal training programmes are tailored so that everyone can succeed, regardless of ability. I specialise in individual tailor-made programmes which will fit in around your lifestyle, regardless of the time you want to train or where you want to do it. Whether you want to workout at the gym, on the beach or at home, I can accommodate you and I will make sure that your training is enjoyable and fits in with your life.
Although I am based just outside Barnstaple, North Devon Personal Training covers the whole of the surrounding area, so if you are ready to take your first steps towards a healthier life then call me today.

Hiring Emma as my personal trainer has been a revelation. Emma has helped me enormously, not only motivating me to finally get up off the sofa and take some exercise, but more importantly she has educated me about nutrition so I can maintain the physical side of the training.
